Supervision for Licensed Residents in Counseling (LRIC)

Board-Approved Supervision is provided to Licensed Residents in Counseling to support professional growth, skill development, and licensure requirements.

Supervision for Counseling Interns

Supervision is available for graduate-level counseling interns through partnerships with agencies and academic programs. It strengthens interns’ clinical skills, support staff retention, and foster growth, resilience, and a strong professional identity.

LPC Case Consultation

Through Board-Approved consultations, we support both individuals and agencies in cultivating strong, confident, and culturally responsive clinicians.

*Case consultation activity can count for 10 out of the 20 CEU hours required by the board for license renewal. Credit can only be granted when consultation is received on a regular basis with a set agenda.

Supervision emphasizes the development of clinical confidence, ethical decision-making, and authentic practice, equipping Residents to transition into fully licensed and independent clinicians.

We provide a supportive, culturally responsive space for racial minority licensed clinicians to engage in case consultation. These sessions foster reflection, build confidence, and strengthen clinical decision-making, while honoring the unique cultural and identity-based factors that shape practice.
